CHELSEA OPEN AIR NURSERY

Blackwell Friend was invited to attend
a competitive interview by The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
A Feasibility Study proposed a number of options and the first phase of the project was completed in October 2006.

Working with a constrained, busy and conservative site, it was essential that the Feasibility Study developed clear strategies, and communicated ideas simply to the governing body.
