Completed in 1995, The Churchill Centre (formerly
De Veste) re-fashioned a Hertzberger-inspired Dutch shopping centre.
Located above a busy metro
interchange, the re-modelling generated a
significant increase in internal floor area for the Rotterdam-based
clients.
