Waltham Forest Building of the Year 2004, this
office building in Walthamstow projects beyond the façade of its
Victorian neighbours, providing the owner with unobstructed views over
his business centre.
Conversely, the building’s simple form and
vibrant colour signals the location of Hiltongrove’s head office.
