A detailed planning application was
submitted for the re-development of this four
storey Georgian property within Islington’s Barnsbury.
The ground and lower ground floors were to be
re-modelled with a timber &
concrete wet-room projecting into the garden.
The roof-top extension fell foul of local lobby
groups, although the proposal received full backing from the Islington
Planners.
