TANNERS STREET

Conservation Area Consent is being sought for the redevelopment of a medieval timber-framed house located in Kent.

The proposal weaves a new staircase between the existing timbers, enabling safe access to the existing attic for the first time.

A contemporary, timber-clad extension responds to the vernacular, a lead clad infill bridges between the centuries.
